CYANOACRYLATES

Fas-Bond cyanoacrylate adhesives, also known as "super glues" due to their extraordinary adhesion profile, are one component, solvent free and very fast setting adhesives. These cyanoacrylates polymerize within seconds and will bond well to a wide range of substrates.

 

Using our technical and manufacturing resources, we are continuously developing our cyanoacrylate adhesives to guarantee consistent results that are cost effective.

 

ANAEROBICS

Fas-Lok anaerobic adhesives/sealants were developed to maximize efficiency in OEM applications and minimize the need for machinery maintenance in your facility. Fas-Lok adhesives/sealants are designed to deliver metal-to-metal bonds, in the absence of air, that are resistant to shock and vibration.  

 

With an extensive  range of chemistries and viscosities, there is a Fas-Lok product for all your locking and sealing applications.

 

EPOXIES

Epoxy Adhesives are toughened, fast-curing structural epoxies with excellent environmental and chemical resistance. They are designed for a wide range of rigid substrates such as metals, ceramics, phenolics, and wood with cure times from less than one minute.

 

Products include stay-in-place gels for vertical surfaces, clear adhesive/potting compounds, and high-performance, rubber-toughened adhesives for strength and flexibility.

 

METHACRYLATES

HP3500 Series Methacrylates Adhesives are toughened structural adhesives for difficult-to-bond engineered plastics, composites, unprepared metals, ceramics, and dissimilar substrates. They require little or no surface preparation and cure at room temperature with no cumbersome heating fixtures required.

 

The HP3500 Series Methacrylates provide extremely strong, flexible, permanent bonds and excellent chemical/environmental resistance. 

 

UV-CURING

HP3600 Series UV-curing adhesives offer the flexibility of unlimited open time plus the productivity of instant cure when exposed to UV light.

 

Formulas come in a variety of viscosities and are designed to bond a variety of substrates including glass, aluminum, steel, ceramic and plastics.

 

ANTI-SEIZE

The MEDAL Series Anti-Seize line represents the highest quality products available for protecting machinery and equipment. Whether you are MRO or OEM, these products offer the ultimate in protection and future cost savings. 

 

All AS Series products are produced using the highest quality greases.  When combined with a higher percentage of metallic particles and graphite, the MEDAL Series Anti-Seize produces an extremeely resilient compound that prevents galling, pitting, friction, corrosion, and even water wash out. 

 

SILICONE

RTV Silicone is a one-part multi-purpose, single component adhesive/sealant that quickly adheres to most surfaces.  It cures in 24 hours providing a tough, durable, silicone rubber.  It can be used for gasketing, sealing, bonding, insulating, caulking, encapsulating, and coating. 

 

This flexible material resists shrinking, cracking, weather, chemicals, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures ranging from
-85°F to 500°F continuous exposure.
